This Privacy Policy describes how HiddenArchiveCo (operated by AIPrintfinity) and its automation tools, including our Pinterest publishing application ("the App"), handle information. We respect your privacy and collect as little data as possible.

1. Who we are

HiddenArchiveCo is a small e-commerce business selling personalized products through our own Etsy shop. Contact: aiprintfinity@gmail.com.

2. What the Pinterest App does

The App publishes our own product listings from our own Etsy shop as Pins to our own Pinterest business boards, with links back to our Etsy product pages. It is used solely to market the products we make and sell. The App does not interact with, collect from, or post on behalf of any third party.

3. Information we access

Our own Etsy listing data (titles, descriptions, images, prices) — to build Pins for our products.
Our own Pinterest account and boards — via Pinterest's official API, using access we authorize ourselves, only to create and manage Pins on boards we own.

The App does not collect, store, sell, or share personal information about Pinterest users, customers, or any other individuals.

4. Information we do NOT collect

We do not collect names, emails, payment details, location, browsing history, or any personal data through the App. Any access tokens are stored securely on our own private systems and are never shared.

5. Third-party services

The App uses the official Pinterest API v5 and the Etsy API to read our own data and publish our own content, governed also by their policies (Pinterest, Etsy).

6. Data retention & security

We retain only the operational data needed to publish our Pins, stored on private systems with access restricted to the business owner.

7. Your rights

Because the App does not collect personal data from third parties, there is no personal information for outside individuals to access, correct, or delete. Email aiprintfinity@gmail.com with any question.

8. Changes

We may update this policy; the "Last updated" date reflects the current version.
